What Mail Hosting includes

Every mailbox gets these, on every plan.

• Webmail. Read and send mail in your browser, with labels, filters, forwarding and out-of-office replies. Open webmail
• Your mail apps. Use Outlook, Apple Mail, the mail app on your phone or any other app that reads mail over IMAP. Many apps fill in the server details for you. If an app asks you to choose IMAP or POP3, choose IMAP.
• Aliases and a catch-all. Deliver mail for one address to one or more mailboxes, or catch every unknown address on a domain.
• Mail from your old provider. Copy mail into a mailbox from another server, from Gmail or Microsoft 365, or from a backup file.
• Mailbox security. Give each mail app its own app password, and turn on two-factor sign-in for a mailbox.
• DNS records set for you. When the domain’s DNS is on Coritan, we publish the records your mail needs and keep them up to date. DNS hosting

How it works

1. Set up your email. Create the Mail Hosting service your plan includes, in the dashboard.
2. Add your domain. Add the domain and publish the DNS records the dashboard shows. When its DNS is on Coritan, we publish them for you.
3. Create mailboxes. Create a mailbox for each person, then open webmail or connect a mail app.
