You add credit to your account or save a payment method, and we take each charge from your credit first. This page lists what we accept today, read from our own settings.

How billing works
- Prepaid credit. Add credit to your balance. We spend it on invoices and on hourly and usage billing before we charge a card. The first deposit unlocks hourly and usage billing, and it stays as credit. Add credit to your balance
- Invoices. Each service has its own billing cycle, and every invoice is in the dashboard under Billing. Pay one with a saved method or from your credit. Pay an invoice
- Usage billing. Web services, game servers and virtual machines bill by the second for what they use, after the free amounts every account gets each month. Pricing lists the rates. How usage billing works
- Refunds. Ask for a refund on a paid invoice from Billing. Our staff read each request and decide, and an approved refund goes back to the payment you made or to your credit balance. Ask for a refund

The Free plan needs no payment method. Add credit when you order something that bills by use.

How do I pay?

Which currencies can I pay in?
We price everything in US dollars, and your invoices and credit balance are in US dollars too. You can pay in another currency: we convert the amount at the current exchange rate when you pay, and your bank may add a fee.
Do you add tax to the price?
Our invoices have a Tax line, and our tax statement above is read from the same setting that fills it in. The prices on Pricing are before any tax.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for a refund on a paid invoice from Billing in the dashboard. Our staff read each request and decide, and an approved refund goes back to the payment you made or to your credit balance.
