Frequently asked questions
How often do I pay?
Pro and Business bill monthly or yearly. Each service you buy has its own billing cycle, and Container Apps and Cloud Compute can also bill by the hour once you have added a set amount of credit in total.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
We delete nothing. What is above the new plan’s limits keeps working, and you cannot add more of it until the account is back within the limit.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for a refund on a paid invoice from Billing in the dashboard. Our staff read each request and decide, and an approved refund goes back to the payment you made or to your credit balance.
Do you add tax to the price?
The Tax line on every Coritan invoice is $0.00, whichever country you pay from.
Which currencies can I pay in?
We price everything in US dollars, and your invoices and credit balance are in US dollars too. You can pay in another currency: we convert the amount at the current exchange rate when you pay, and your bank may add a fee.
