The program’s terms
These are the terms a new organization starts with. Our staff can agree other terms with one organization, and its dashboard shows the ones that apply.
When our payment gateways take your customers’ payments, we pay you what they collected each month, less refunds, chargebacks and the platform fee. Money your own PayNow store takes reaches you through PayNow, and we take no fee from it.
How to start
- Create your account. Your Coritan account owns the organization, and the resources your customers order run on it.
- Create an organization. Give it a name and a slug, and choose how your customers pay. It costs nothing.
- Set up your storefront. Add your branding and your first products, then build the storefront your customers use.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to join?
Creating an organization costs nothing. We keep a platform fee from the payments our gateways collect for you, and the resources behind your products run on your account at our prices.
Do I have to build my own storefront?
Your storefront is a site you build on our Organization API. It reads your products and branding, signs customers in and takes their orders, so you choose how it looks and where it runs.
Who takes my customers’ payments?
Your billing mode decides. Our payment gateways can take them and pay you out each month, or your own PayNow store can. In hybrid mode, your PayNow store takes them while it is connected, and our gateways take them otherwise.
Can I sell services of my own?
Add a standalone product for anything you deliver yourself, such as setup work. We create nothing for it, and your customers order it like any other product.
Is there a limit on customers?
Each organization has limits on customers, customer services and products, which its dashboard shows. Ask us when you need a limit raised.
