The Pro plan
The Pro plan raises your account’s limits and adds cache settings, your own certificates, previews and the Paid plan for virtual machines and game servers.
Pro is for an account that has outgrown the Free plan. It raises the limits on websites, mailboxes, sending and storage, adds the features a site in production needs, and includes the Paid plan that virtual machines and game servers need.
What Pro adds to Free
Each row shows what the two plans allow. The figures come from our plan table, so they are the limits an account has.

Pro and Business include the Paid plan, which virtual machines and game servers need. On the Free plan the Paid plan costs $4.50 a month, or $3.60 a month billed yearly.
The live page shows whether plans can be ordered now. A plan that cannot be ordered shows the Free plan's Start free button in its place.
What Business adds to Pro
Business is the plan above Pro. These are the features Pro leaves out and Business includes.
How to get Pro
- Create an account. Sign up with your email address. Every account starts on the Free plan. Read the guide
- Open the Plan tab. In the dashboard, choose Plan and billing, then the Plan tab, and choose Monthly or Yearly. Read the guide
- Order Pro. Check the dialog, which shows what you pay now and what the plan renews at, then order. The plan starts when your credit covers the invoice or you pay it. Read the guide

Start on the Free plan, and choose Pro on the Plan tab when you need it.
Frequently asked questions
What does Pro include for servers?
Pro includes the Paid plan, which virtual machines and game servers need. You still pay for the memory, CPU and disk they use. A web service on App Deployment needs no plan, and every account gets free amounts each month.
What happens if I move back to Free?
The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Then the account gets the Free plan’s limits. What is above them stays as it is, and we refuse only what would add more until the account is back within the limits.
Can I pay for Pro by the year?
Yes. Choose Yearly on the Plan tab before you order. Pricing shows both prices.
