Choose where to ask
Support costs nothing, whatever services you have.
- A service, an invoice or your account. Open a conversation on the Support page of the dashboard. The team replies there, and we email you the replies you have not read on the page. How conversations work
- You cannot sign in. Email support@coritan.com and say which account it is. Leave out passwords, recovery codes and card numbers. Email support
- An attack on your service now. Use the Under attack page, which reaches our network operations team. A signed-in customer can also open a conversation with Critical priority. Get help with an attack
- A quote for a product sold through sales. Bare metal servers, colocation, IP transit, your own IP space with BGP and network-wide DDoS protection are planned with our sales team. Talk to sales
- Abuse from an address or a service on Coritan. Email abuse@coritan.com with the address or the service it comes from. Email abuse
- A legal or privacy question. Email legal@coritan.com or privacy@coritan.com. The legal documents answer most questions about the terms. Read the terms of service
How quickly we reply
Each conversation gets a first-reply target from your plan.
Each plan sets its own first-reply target. The pricing page compares them.
A target is the time we aim to take for a first reply. Our support desk tracks each target and flags a conversation that misses it. It does not promise a solution by then. The service level page covers outages.
What to put in your first message
A complete first message saves a round of questions.
- The service it is about. In the dashboard, choose it under About a service. In an email, give its name, its address or its service ID.
- What happened, what you expected, and anything you have already tried.
- Any error message exactly as it appears, and when you saw it.
- For a problem you can repeat, the steps that cause it.
Attach screenshots and logs once the conversation is open. Leave passwords, recovery codes and card numbers out of every message.
What support covers
Support helps with the services on your account, your invoices and the account itself. A conversation belongs to the account that started it, so people you share a server with cannot read it.
A product you buy through our sales team comes with a service agreement, which says what support covers for it. An Enterprise agreement can name a contact for your business.
