Some of what we sell has no price for each request or each message. That works because an allowance is for the use it was made for.
Static sites
The requests to a static site’s files, and the data they send, cost nothing. Each file may be up to 25 MiB. A site that serves large downloads, video or file archives for other people is not the use this allowance is for.
- Each mailbox on your own domain may send up to 200 messages an hour through our shared sending.
- A free
@coritan.ggmailbox sends as a new mailbox for its first 14 days. In that time it may send to 20 recipients an hour, and a message sent from webmail leaves after 5 minutes. After that it may send to 100 recipients an hour. - We check each message a free
@coritan.ggmailbox sends before it leaves, and keep a short record for 8 days. The privacy policy says what the record holds. - We may hold or pause a mailbox that sends spam, phishing or bulk mail.
Public buckets
A bucket is private until its owner serves it. To switch on a public address or a custom domain for a bucket, the account needs a saved payment method, credit above zero or a paid invoice with money on it.
Free amounts belong to the account
Each account has one set of free amounts each month. A second service on the same account adds none. Opening more accounts to collect the amounts again breaks the acceptable use policy.
When use goes past fair use
We contact you when we can. We may limit, pause or suspend what puts other customers or our network at risk.
