What is the difference between Mail Hosting and SMTP Relay?
Mail Hosting gives people mailboxes to send and receive email. SMTP Relay sends the email your website or app writes, such as receipts and sign-in links, and has no mailboxes.
Do I need a domain of my own for email?
Mailboxes need a domain you control, such as example.com, or a free coritan.gg name. You can register a domain here or use one you already own.
Is email included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 5 mailboxes of 1 GB on 1 domain. It also includes 3,000 emails a month sent from your website or app through SMTP Relay. Both come as services that cost nothing, and they grow when you move to Pro or Business.
What happens when I need more mailboxes?
Add an Extra Mailbox to the email your plan includes, or move to a larger plan. Each extra mailbox gets the same space as the others.
What if I send more email than my plan includes?
Order a paid SMTP Relay plan with a larger monthly allowance, or move to a plan that includes more sending. We never charge by use: a relay that reaches its limit refuses mail until the 1st of the month.
