The changes to Coritan in September 2026 that you can use, newest first. Each one links to the guide that describes it.

Once account plans open on your account, the dashboard opens on Home. It shows your first steps, your products against your plan's limits, and an offer when you come close to a limit. Help in the top bar opens the guides for the page you are on, and a new account starts on What do you want to do first? (Home, Help, Choose what to do first).

Once account plans open on your account, the Plan tab of Plan and billing shows your plan, what your account uses against its limits, and every plan side by side. You change your plan or start a free trial there, a new plan takes a Promo code, and the Referrals card holds your referral link. Cloud Compute instances, mail services and Object Storage services get a Plan and add-ons card (The Plan tab, Choose or change your account plan).

coritan.com has new public pages. Each product has a page in its group, such as Cloud Compute under Servers, with prices from the same catalogue as the order pages. The Pricing page compares the account plans and lists the price of each product. Each of the five legal documents has a page of its own, and old addresses such as /solutions/cloud and /security/ddos open the page that replaced them (How account plans work, Legal terms and policies).

The status page shows how each location and our email service are running, with the incidents and planned maintenance we are working on. The dashboard shows them as notices above each page, along with our announcements. A notice that is also on the status page has a Status page button that opens it (Check the status of Coritan's services).

Coritan now emails a new account a guide one, three and seven days after sign-up. It warns you when an allowance of your plan is 80% used and when it is used up, and reminds you before your card expires or a service billed by the year renews. Each optional email ends with a link that unsubscribes you in one step, and the sign-up form's Email me offers and news box starts unticked (When each email goes, Unsubscribe from an email).

Rules on a server's Rules tab now run. Before, you could save a rule, but it never acted. We check every server's rules once a minute. A rule acts at the times its schedule names, when the server crashes, when CPU, memory or disk use reaches a level, or when a software update comes out. The form builds a rule from lists and fields, with no JSON to write (Create server rules, When rules run).

With automatic backups, we take a snapshot of a Container Apps server every day and keep the newest 7. Add them on the server's Snapshots tab, or get them with the Pro plan and up once account plans open on your account. A Cloud Compute instance takes weekly or daily backups as an add-on, which the Business plan pays for on up to three instances and the Enterprise plan on every instance (Take a server snapshot, Back up and restore an instance).

A server's Settings tab can now rename the server, change the first part of its join address and reinstall it. Change… beside a password or a game setting changes it, and the Plan and add-ons card adds extra ports, databases or automatic backups. Before, the tab could change only the server's tags (Server settings).

The Container Apps order page can now start a server from one of your snapshots: under Start from, select One of my snapshots. We install the software the snapshot ran, then restore its files. Before, this order needed the API (Start from a snapshot).

Browse tables on a server's Databases tab opens a database, so you can read its tables 50 rows at a time, search and sort them, and save a table as a CSV file (Browse a database's tables).

A file you download to a server from a URL now shows its progress in the Transfers panel of the Files tab. Cancel stops the download on the server, and a download still running when you come back to the tab shows there again (Download a file from a URL).

The Custom rules card on a website's WAF tab adds rules of your own. A rule blocks or challenges the requests that match it, or limits how many requests each visitor sends. Once account plans open on your account, your plan sets how many rules you can switch on (Protect a website with the WAF).

The Cache card on a website's Proxy tab turns caching at the edge on or off, and sets how long the edge keeps a copy. Clear cache… drops every copy, so visitors see a change as soon as you publish it. Once account plans open on your account, these come with the Pro plan and up (Cache pages at the edge).

The Your own certificate card on a website's SSL tab takes a certificate you bought from another certificate authority, and the edge serves it in place of the free one. With Coritan DNS, a certificate you issue on the SSL tab can also cover a wildcard. Once account plans open on your account, uploads and wildcards come with the Pro plan and up (Upload your own certificate, Issue a certificate with Coritan DNS).

The DNSSEC card on a domain's Settings tab can now switch DNSSEC off, and on again. Coritan keeps the zone's keys, so its DS records stay the same when you switch signing back on (Turn DNSSEC off).

The Type list on a domain's DNS tab now offers PTR, SVCB and HTTPS records (DNS record types).

You can now stop an address or a range from reaching one of your floating IPs, on the Blocked sources card of the address's Shield tab. A block stays until you remove it, or ends on its own after the time you choose. A custom profile's card lists and adds the blocks on every address bound to it (Block a traffic source).

We now email you when an attack on one of your floating IPs starts, and again when it ends, with the address, the times and the kinds of traffic we dropped. The emails count as usage alerts, so the Usage alerts switch on the Notifications tab of Settings turns them off (Attack emails).

The changelog on coritan.com lists the newest changes from these pages, and Home in the dashboard shows the five newest under What's new. GET /api/v1/help/changelog returns them as JSON, with no sign-in (The changelog as JSON).

The Organizations area has new pages for the people who run an organization. The Cloud Compute tab opens each instance behind your services, to take snapshots and backups, rename it, reset its password, or repair or rebuild it for a customer. The DNS tab adds query statistics, zone file import and export, and load balancing. The Traffic tab shows your storefront's visits and how many visitors became customers, and the Products tab lists the software your customers can install. You can also tag services, and link team members to their Discord accounts (Manage your customers' instances, Host DNS zones for your organization, Read your storefront's traffic, Browse the software your customers can install, Tag a service, Link team members to their Discord accounts).

Once account plans open on your account, the Organizations page is called Reseller program. Above your organizations, it says what the program gives, shows the terms a new organization starts with, and links the public Partners page (The reseller program's terms).

Coritan now has account plans: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Your plan sets what the whole account can have, such as how many websites and team members, and the email, sending and storage it gets at no charge. Account plans are opening to accounts in stages, and every account starts on Free. Until they open on yours, the plans' limits refuse nothing, and GET /account/plan answers "enabled": false (How account plans work, Plans open in stages).

Once account plans open on your account, you can try the Pro or Business plan free for 14 days, with no payment method and no invoice. Each account gets one trial (Start a free trial).

Every account plan, Free included, comes with a Mail Hosting service, an SMTP Relay service and an Object Storage service at no charge, each sized to the plan. You set each one up once, and Coritan resizes it when your plan changes. Before account plans open on your account, you can set them up through the API, at the Free plan's sizes (Set up the services your plan includes).

Through the API, you can now add capacity to a service you have: extra ports or databases on a Container Apps server, and extra mailboxes or storage on the email and storage your plan includes. Each add-on renews with its service. POST /checkout/quote prices any order before you place it (Add capacity to a service, Price an order before you place it).

A promo code takes money off a service you order, and the discount shows as its own line on the invoice. Check a code with POST /billing/promo/validate, then send it in the order as promo_code (Use a promo code).

Every account has a referral link. Once an account that signed up with your link has paid $10.00 in invoices, Coritan adds $10.00 of credit to both accounts. These are the default terms, and Coritan can change them (Earn credit with referrals).

Invite team members on the Team tab of Settings. Each one signs in with their own account and works in yours with a role: Admin, Technical, Billing or Read only. Once account plans open on your account, your plan sets how many people can share it (Share your account with a team, Roles).

The Sessions card on the Security tab of Settings lists each browser and script signed in to your account. You can sign out one of them, or every one but the device you are on. Sign out now ends the session on our side as well, so a copy of the browser's tokens stops working (Sign out and end sessions).

You can change the address you sign in with on the Profile tab of Settings. The new address takes over once you open the link we email to it (Change your sign-in email).

Once nothing on your account is running or unpaid, you can close it yourself on the Profile tab of Settings (Close your account).

The Notifications tab of Settings turns off the kinds of email you do not need, such as usage alerts and offers. Security and billing emails always arrive (Choose which emails you get).

Every invoice now downloads as a PDF, from its row on the Invoices tab or with Download PDF on the invoice (Download an invoice as a PDF).

You can ask for all or part of a paid invoice back, and follow each request on the Refunds tab of Billing. Coritan staff read each request and decide (Ask for a refund).

A new MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Redis server, and the RCON password of a new Factorio or Rust server, now start with a random password of their own. Before, each started with the same default password, so change the password on a server set up earlier. PATCH /client/servers/{uuid}/startup-variables changes it (Database passwords).

The docs moved to www.coritan.com/docs, and docs.coritan.com sends you there. They gain Learn, which explains the ideas behind the products, six tutorials in Get started that each take one goal from start to finish, a longer glossary and this changelog. GET /api/v1/help/pages lists the guides for a page of the dashboard (Guides for a dashboard page).

A domain you register now starts on Coritan's nameservers with a DNS zone on your account, signed with DNSSEC, whichever options you choose. Before, a domain registered with Issue an SSL certificate and Set up a proxy route both off had no zone, so it did not resolve. When you switch a domain registered here to Coritan's nameservers, Coritan uses your zone for it or creates one. Coritan never links a zone that belongs to another account (Register a domain, Change a domain's nameservers).

When you register a domain in the dashboard, WHOIS privacy is now on at first, as it already was through the API. It keeps your contact details out of public WHOIS lookups, at no charge (Register a domain).

The enquiry form on the contact page now reaches the sales team, and the form on the attack page reaches the network operations team. Before, both showed a thank-you message and sent nothing. Each form now answers with a reference to quote when you write or call (Send an enquiry from the contact page, The attack page).

The Storage plans card at the bottom of the Snapshots page lists each Snapshot Storage service with its price and renewal date. Its menu changes a service's billing cycle or cancels it, which the dashboard had no way to do before (Change or cancel snapshot storage).
