POST /api/v1/orgs/{org_slug}/transfer-ownership

Hand the organization to another member, as its owner.

member_id is a row of GET /members; confirm is the organization's slug, typed (case and surrounding spaces do not count). The member becomes the owner at once, and the previous owner stays on the team as an admin. The answer is the organization as GET answers it, with the caller's new my_role.

403 for anyone but the owner's own coritan.com session; 422 for a wrong confirm; 403 reauth_required without a fresh step-up (POST /step-up); 404 for a member of another organization; 422 for the owner themselves or a member whose account is not active.
