### Hand the organization to another member, as its owner {#op-post-api-v1-orgs-org-slug-transfer-ownership}

`POST /api/v1/orgs/{org_slug}/transfer-ownership`

Hand the organization to another member, as its owner.

``member_id`` is a row of ``GET /members``; ``confirm`` is the
organization's slug, typed (case and surrounding spaces do not count).
The member becomes the owner at once, and the previous owner stays on the
team as an ``admin``. The answer is the organization as ``GET`` answers
it, with the caller's new ``my_role``.

403 for anyone but the owner's own coritan.com session; 422 for a wrong
``confirm``; 403 ``reauth_required`` without a fresh step-up
(``POST /step-up``); 404 for a member of another organization; 422 for the
owner themselves or a member whose account is not active.
