App Deployment: every deployment the account runs, whether it runs software from the catalog (a game server, MariaDB, Redis) or an app built from git, an image or static files. Its releases, instances, locations, processes, scaling, domains, variables, logs, metrics and edge settings. An order creates one (`POST /api/v1/services/order`). Paths are under `/api/v1/client/deployments` and `/api/v1/client/env-groups`.
